Data deletion
Version 1.0 · Last updated 18 August 2026
What we hold
This website holds no personal data about you. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no forms or accounts, so browsing it creates no profile, no record and no identifier tied to you.
The only personal data RM Global Network may hold about you is:
- Correspondence: if you have emailed us, we hold your message and your email address.
- Web-server logs: your IP address and request details may appear in our hosting provider’s access logs, which are deleted automatically within 30 days.
How to request deletion
Email our privacy contact with the subject line Data deletion request. Tell us the email address you contacted us from, so that we can find your records. You do not need an account and you do not need to give a reason.
What gets deleted
On a verified request we delete:
- Your email correspondence with us and your email address.
- Any contact record we created from that correspondence, including notes attached to it.
How long it takes
We acknowledge your request within 7 days and complete it within 30 days of verifying who you are. We email you at the address you wrote from to confirm when the deletion is done.
What we may keep, and why
We may retain a minimal record even after deletion where the law requires it or where we must protect our position:
- Donation and financial records
- If you have given us a financial gift, the transaction record is kept for the period required by United States tax law and by our annual independent audit. We cannot delete these and still meet our legal obligations.
- A record that you asked for deletion
- We keep your email address and the date of the request, and nothing else, so that we can prove we honoured it. This is deleted after 24 months.
- Abuse and safety records
- Where content was reported for abuse or presented a safety risk, we keep the minimum needed to act on it, for as long as that risk lasts.
Data held by other platforms
Our teaching also appears on platforms we do not own, and we run separate applications of our own. Data those services hold is governed by their own policies and is not covered by this page. To remove data held by a social network or video platform, use the deletion tools in your account on that service. If you are unsure who holds what, email us and we will tell you.
If you are not satisfied
Write to us again and we will escalate it internally. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Our full privacy policy sets out every category of data we handle and the basis for it.
