Privacy policy
Version 1.0 · Last updated 18 August 2026
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is RM Global Network, a non-profit organisation registered in the United States.
2. What this website collects
This website collects no personal data. Specifically:
- It sets no cookies and uses no local or session storage.
- It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers, including none belonging to Meta, Google or any other platform.
- It contains no forms, no sign-up, no login and no accounts, so there is nothing for you to submit.
- It embeds no third-party content. Fonts, images and stylesheets are served from this domain, so loading a page makes no request to any other company.
Every page here is a static file. Visiting it requires no JavaScript and creates no record tied to you beyond the standard server request log described next.
3. Server request logs
Our hosting provider records ordinary web-server access logs so that the site can be operated and defended against abuse. Each entry may contain your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, the HTTP status returned, and your browser’s user-agent string.
- Purpose
- Serving the site, diagnosing faults, and detecting and preventing abuse.
- Legal basis
- Our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website.
- Retention
- No longer than 30 days, after which logs are deleted by our hosting provider on a rolling basis.
- Sharing
- These logs are not sold, not used for advertising, and not combined with data from any other source.
4. If you email us
If you write to us at one of the addresses on this site, we hold your message and your email address for as long as needed to deal with what you raised, and then for up to 24 months so we have a record of the correspondence. We use it only to reply to you and to keep that record. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
5. Our other platforms
This policy covers this website only. Our teaching content and community also appear on platforms we do not own (including social networks and video platforms) and on our own separate applications. Those services collect data under their own privacy policies, which we do not control. When you use one of them, read the policy shown there.
6. Service providers
We use one category of processor for this website: a hosting and content-delivery provider, which serves these pages and keeps the request logs described in section 3. We do not use an analytics provider, an advertising network or an AI provider in connection with this website. Because our hosting provider operates a global network, a request may be served from, and logged in, a country outside your own.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, write to our privacy contact. We answer within 30 days. For deletion specifically, see our data deletion page, which sets out exactly what we hold and what gets removed.
8. Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. Because the site collects no personal data at all, there is nothing here for a child to submit. If you believe we hold data about a child, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and raise the version number below. The current version is the only one in force.
